Hey, the textures are embedded in the models .fbx files. If you're using Unity, after importing, you click on the .fbx file in your assets folder and change these settings then click apply ↓

In Unreal Engine 5, once dragged into your project, you will be prompted to import all textures. 

Let me know if they still dont work.
